With no computer background and as a HS freshman student of APCSA , Katy Computer Science Academy, was an incredible experience for my daughter. Ms. Vidya and Mr. Ravi’s warm and approachable demeanor made all the difference, creating a comfortable environment where my kid felt confident asking questions and exploring new concepts. The teachers’ passion for the subject was infectious, which helped spark my child’s interest in programming and computer science. With their guidance, my child not only understood complex topics but also excelled in the class, feeling more motivated and engaged. Overall, this class was a wonderful opportunity that fostered both academic growth and a genuine enthusiasm for the subject.

Exceptional training by Vidya and Ravi, which helped my daughter in preparation for AP Comp Science in High school, she took Java classes, the course was well-structured and gave strong foundation in coding. Practical sessions, AP Mock exams were conducted well enough to prepare for the AP exam.

I went to this computer science academy for about a year and it has helped me tremendously with my AP Computer Science A class. The tutors break up content in a way that makes the difficult class more understandable and I could truly see myself improving week after week. Instead of memorizing lines of code, they make sure that you understand the concepts being asked in class. I would highly recommend going to this academy if you need extra computer science help.

Our son has been going to Ravi and Vidya’s coding classes for now about three years and it has been one of the best decisions we made. Both Ravi and Vidya are exceptional teachers and wonderful human beings and are fully vested in ensuring that the child learns and achieves more than their latent potential. They are what you visualize you want in your child’s teachers. Extremely knowledgable, kind and empathetic, approachable and open, always encouraging and pushing the kids to go to the next level and always with a plan. Several times they have taken upon themselves and free of charge to ensure that if my son does not get the concepts to review and revise and individually spend time with them. I could not recommend them more and I really hope that they take this venture to the next level so many more kids can benefit from their approach.

The notes, the frq practices, mcq practices, explaining logic part and all the fun that helped learn quicker and better. The revision and logic explanation part, everything started clicking which helped during the AP test and school tests l. 5.0 GPA in CSA. BEST CLASS!!

The attention they give to each kid is amazing. Before my son started with them he used to get upset taking this subject but both Vidya and Ravi made him outshine in this subject just because the way they taught him. Ofcourse, the grades have jumped from being failing to an above 90 score. My son loves being taught from you.

Helping me to understand Java at a higher level. Learning object oriented programming. It helped me understand OOP and inheritance much easier with car examples. This is a very helpful for understanding Java at an interactive level. It is super fun.
